Cancellation policy: 3 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

General:
1. Office hours are from 9 am to 9 pm via WhatsApp or phone.
2. Remember we do not provide bath towels. You can use your own towel, but we also have it for rent for $5Dlls, per stay or every time you want to change it.
3. The house is non-smoking, only the specific area.
4. We have a common kitchen that you can use to prepare your food, Leave it clean as you found it. Make sure the stove is closed tightly and no gas scapes.
5. In the mornings you will find freshly brewed Coffee, from 8 am until it runs out, tea available all the time and water to drink (suggested collaboration $1Dlls, for each bottle you refill.
6. Make sure you respect other peopleÂ's sleep times, if you talk, do it in a low voice.
