House 178sqm living space with sleeping places for up to 10 people. The house has on the ground floor a spacious living room with a wonderful furnished conservatory. In a modern kitchen you can cook to your heart's content your favorite dishes, or prepare a delicious roast. Of course, if you want to go fast, there is also a microwave available. For warm summer evenings you will find space on two terraces, one in the south and a large covered terrace in the west with a large stone barbecue. The special features include a beautifully landscaped pool with sliding pool hall. A large sand filter system ensures clear water and the pool roof ensures that the sun-heated water remains pleasantly warm even on colder summer days.
On rainy days or as you like, a large 55 inch flat screen TV (suitable for 3D) as well as in the individual rooms TV sets provides entertainment.
Furthermore, a kicker (professional version) and pinball machines are available.

One of the bedrooms is also equipped with mattresses which have a massage and heat function.
And to relax after the many activities that are possible in the area, you can use the in-house sauna with loungers.
