This detached single-family house is on a quiet cul-de-sac within a residential estate on the way out of Niesgrau by the Geltinger Bucht. You can relax here in healthy Baltic Sea air. It is about 2.5km to the natural beach with a great bay for children, surfers, sailing and fishing enthusiasts. Gelting is 4.5km away.
The accommodation provides an ample ca. 110m² of living space for a maximum of four people. The living and dining room has two relaxation sofas, a flatscreen satellite TV, a radio and a dining table for six people. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a fridge and freezer, an electric stove, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a little counter with two stools. The ground floor also has a guest WC and a storage room with a washing machine (use free of charge). Stairs lead to the upper floor with two bedrooms each with a double bed (180cm wide). The bathroom has a bath, shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. The owner can provide a highchair, a junior bed/cot and board games for all ages free of charge. All the rooms have heating and free Wi-Fi.
The site stands alone and is enclosed by bushes and hedges. The sunny terrace has space for garden furniture and a charcoal grill. The terrace is a nice place in summer for breakfast together or a leisurely grill evening. You can park your car free of charge on one of the three private outdoor parking spaces. The garage is not available to let.
There is a travel bed for small children and a baby's high chair. Furthermore Wifi is included in the price.
Niesgrau is not far from the well-known nature reserve Geltinger Birk with its wild horses, cattle and goat herds. There are lovely cycle paths along the whole coast, so you can go on a variety of great day trips by bike.
