The apartment is non-smoking, pets are not allowed, and smoke detectors are installed. An underground parking space with an e-charging station is available; use of the charging station is possible for an extra fee per stay. Please indicate this when booking.
Key handover is via a key safe, the code for which you will receive in advance. The key safe is located at the back of the pillar to the underground car park.

Final cleaning is included, but cleaning the kitchen and disposing of rubbish (possible in the underground car park) are the tenant's responsibility and not included in the final cleaning.
