The apartment and two further holiday apartments are in a house on an enclosed site in Godern. The beach is only 70 metres away. Godern lies amidst the characteristic Schwerin lakes landscape with tis nature reserves, forests, meadows and moors. You can go swimming, fishing, diving, sailing, surfing or canoeing on the lakes on your doorstep.
You can use the brick-built grill and the terrace in the garden with wooden garden furniture. You can bring your own bicycles and keep them in the shed. A car parking space is available by the house.
The apartment is charmingly furnished with self-designed natural wooden furniture. A little hallway leads to the living room and bedroom with a big wardrobe, a double bed, a TV set, a CD-radio, a dining table with two chairs and two cocktail stools. The little built-in kitchen is equipped with a fridge with a freezer compartment, a two-ring hob and a sink. The bathroom has a shower and WC.
The leisure boats offer interesting and sociable boat trips. Many idyllic paths invite you to go cycling, walking and riding. The golf resort WINSTONgolf is nearby. There are good gastronomic facilities. You can do shopping 2km away. The regional capital Schwerin is 10km away, where you can go strolling and shopping at the shopping centres and the little shops and markets in the old town. Visit the fairytale castle on an island on Schweriner See, or the Schwerin-Mueß open-air museum, with its thatched timber-framed houses. Or you can look forward to an opera at the Schlossfestspiele Schwerin at the Mecklenburg State Theatre. You can go swimming, fishing, diving, sailing, surfing or canoeing on the lakes nearby. Arrival: from the motorway A24 take the motorway A14 towards Schwerin, then take the exit towards Leezen, through Rabensteinfeld. After 1km you reach Godern. At the entrance to the locality take the first road on the right into the new Dorfstrasse. Immediately on the right, at the start of the road, corner Maulbeerweg, you can find the holiday house. You receive the key directly from the owner. Please phone a day before arrival to state the arrival time. The owner has another holiday house in Schwerin 10km away. Please note that there is a beach fee.
