Summary: Sharing the bathroom wasn't too bad. Room was tiny as expected, but it even had a closet and a chair. Fan for the restaurant downstairs was outside my window, a plus for me -- free white noise! The cleaning staff in the morning was louder than anyone staying in the hotel. My crookedly wall-mounted TV would only turn off and on and was stuck on a channel so the only thing I could watch was Cops. My room had a sink, which was nice, and no thermostat, which was a problem the first night. Night 1 my floor was very warm, which super-heated my room. Night 2 it wasn't, and things were fine. I suspected the restaurant downstairs had something to do with this but they were doing a booming business on night 2, so who knows.
Overall though not bad, and cheap enough that I'd consider staying there again if I could be guaranteed a room away from the street noise again.

Summary: Hard to beat the deal. Room solid/clean.
Not my normal style but for the money, great! Neighborhood is great. Park. Restaurants. Shops. Bars. Bakery. You can walk to the center of the city. It’s kind of upscale hostel/boarding house.

Summary: The room and facilities were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. It reminded me of a very nice hostel. The only downside is the street noise from cars and partyers on the street. Ear plugs help.

Summary: A great location for travertine city. Bare-bones, but not mush else is needed in that location. It’s a clean and comfortable room. The shared amenities don’t pose any issues. Only downside is lugging suitcases up the staircase but it’s easily manageable.

Summary: Was not able to sleep much due to the poor sound isolation (street sounds), and there was a humming diesel generator working the whole night, felt like it was shaking the whole building
