Many conveniences just around the corner: 1/4 mile from grocery stores, plenty of unique restaurants for traditional American food, Pizza, sushi, Mexican, wine bar with live entertainment every night 6-9pm, sports bar, yogurt shop, fast food, nail salons, yoga, fitness. 15-20 mins from Old Town Scottsdale and Tempe Mill Avenue, or the Zoo and 20-25 mins to/from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
