This haven of peace is set in 1.2 hectares of wooded, fenced and secure grounds, including a private tennis court and parking area, available free of charge.
The self-contained ground-floor gîte, heated or cooled by reversible air-conditioning and a pellet stove, has three bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room and toilet, and a large living room with integrated kitchen, fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, American fridge/freezer, corner sofa convertible into a 2-seater bed, connected TV, free Wi-Fi connection, piano, games table, towels, bed linen, toiletries, laundry, cleaning and seasoning supplies. You can also take advantage of a private terrace and garden, equipped with a table for 8 people, relax chairs, garden furniture, plancha barbecue...
