Great location for Arizona activities and places: close to play parks, spring training, golf, hiking, boating, fishing, Phoenix area art, music, museums, theatre festivals, the great vibe and venues of downtown Gilbert, movies & shopping, botanical gardens, holiday events plus direct highway access to further adventures!
Ideal for work groups as well as families and friends; home has high speed internet, 50” flat smart TV, multiple table/chair settings, comfy living room, well equipped kitchen with pantry, and 5 bedrooms. Air hockey, toys, books, family games, high chair and pack & play all easily accessible for your stay. Fire pit table available for crisp evenings.
Private walled backyard has covered patio with fans, ample seating, umbrella, and a safety fence with gate around pool with floats and pool toys provided. Keyless front door self check in and locks on each bedroom (whole house bookings need to request bedroom keys in advance).
All 5 bedrooms are upstairs: Master with TV & en-suite that has shower, garden tub, separate toilet room and huge walk in closet. 3 queen bed bedrooms, and a double bed bedroom. Recently refreshed with new pillows, bed linens and towels, we also use zippered mattress and pillow protectors for guest safety and cleanliness. Home is professionally cleaned between bookings then inspected with photo documentation of readiness to our high standards including landscaping and pool mantenance.
We have hosted many professionals including traveling nurses, contractors and marketing managers on a weekly and monthly basis. I encourage you to view their comments in my room and whole home listing reviews. Extra desks & chairs can be added for work groups.
Guests have access to thermostat with reasonable seasonal expectations as the newer high efficiency system, window shades, plus ceiling fans are very comfortable for most guests. 2 extra oscillating fans are stored in closet should extra cooling or heating be required.
Pool is equipped with a heat pump preset to 86 degrees, seasonally (October 15-April 15th) System is preset to cycle in order to achieve and maintain water temp while air temp is above 55 degrees. When temps are below 55, water temps will naturally drop but the system then works to recoup heat loss. Because we can’t fight Mother Nature, we cannot guarantee water temp on any day that air temps fall below 55 degrees or precipitation occurs. We do use a "liquid solar heat" product to retain heat so No pool cover is needed.
A heated pool is NOT A HOT TUB! Knowing this will allow you to enjoy the extended swimming season in Arizona (October 15 until April 15th), in a heated pool! We maintain photo proof of pool heat on your arrival and departure day. Our reviews indicate our consistency in providing this amenity without fees!
Booking requests require guests to reply to a few standard preapproval questions, and the person booking to provide ID that matches guest profile and payment method.
Bookings longer than 13 nights require a midstay cleaning with fresh linens provided; inquire before booking. We work with families and work groups to do this in a couple of hours while they are out of home or using pool & patio.
