The space
Located near downtown Ingleside, which is about 15 minutes from the ferry. This is a 3 bed, 2 bath unit that is part of a triplex, so this is Not a per friendly place. All entrances are completely separate from the other units though. The exterior is not attractive, please don't judge this book by the cover. If you like the spaciousness and price, you will find that the siding doesn't matter.
The unit is not pretty on the outside but the inside is comfortable and you’ll feel more at home than a hotel and won’t be interacting with people sharing the kitchen. Safe, quiet area where you won’t have to worry about your vehicle overnight or while you’re in the beach.

This building is designed as a triplex but each unit has its own entrance. This particular unit has brand new beds, brand new furniture, and a HD TV loaded with a fire stick with all the apps for your TV and movie evenings.
Other things to note
We are 9 miles from the ferry, approx. a 15 min drive. Also a 15 min drive to Rockport. A good 25 min drive to North Beach. For your best beach experience I'd recommend you check out the city visitor center.
The TV is equipped with a FireStick, you’ll use your own login credentials to operate it.
