Summary: Apretty bad experience staying there. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, but the room was very dimly lit with no central lighting. The check-in process was a hassle, as we could not easily find the lobby and there were no clear directions. The major issues started on our third day, when someone had tried to break into our car the previous night. An unknown key-type device was left in our driver-side door keyhole in the morning. This made us feel very unsafe. When we returned to our room that night, the room’s door lock was damaged and would not open. We had to wait outside for at least 30 minutes with our bags until the receptionist could shift us to a different room. We then had to hastily move all of our belongings from the old room to the new one within a few minutes once the door was broken open. The new room’s bathroom also smelled extremely bad upon arrival. After all these disappointing experiences, we did not feel safe continuing our stay, so we checked out early on our last day. I reported all of these issues with the receptionist as well.
