Summary: I was really really excited for this stay - maybe I had my expectations too high. I booked it because the bathroom looked stunning - the marble sink especially. However, upon getting there it was hard to get in since usual club members have to scan their keycard to get in. There is no signage or pre-checkin instruction on this so that was a bit confusing. Then, in my room the showerheads were not working properly? The smaller wand showerhead was not cleaned and was kind of gross. You can't have just one showerhead work at a time, instead both are on simultaneously (maybe something is wrong with the diverter valve). I even asked for help but the receptionist just said that was the way it worked. Lastly, checkout is stated to be at 12pm, but for some reason the housekeeper knocked on my door 3 separate times before 12pm to come in and clean even after I explained I would checkout by 12. All in all, I wish the experience was more seamless and more attention was paid to the details.
