Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang. Im Freien, direkt vor der Ferienwohnung befindet sich eine große Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und Grill. Auf der angrenzenden Wiese befindet sich ein Kinderspielplatz mit Schaukel, Wippe, Rutsche, Sandkasten und Riesentrampolin...also ein Paradies für Kinder. Ein Bolzplatz zum Fußballspielen befindet sich direkt hinter unserer Garage. Der Autostellplatz ist direkt am Haus. Gaststätten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich im 1 km entfernten Nachbardorf Nöggenschwiel. Sie und Ihre Kinder haben die Möglichkeit, aktiv am Leben auf unserem Bauernhof teilzunehmen. Gerne dürfen Sie während den Stallzeiten beim Versorgen der Tiere mithelfen. Eine Traktorfahrt auf die Weide macht Ihren Kindern bestimmt große Freude. Die Ortschaft Heubach liegt zwischen dem Hauptort Weilheim und dem Ortsteil Nöggenschwiel im Südschwarzwald, das durch seine viele Tausend Rosenstöcken auch als 'Rosendorf' bekannt ist. Heubach selbst ist sehr ruhig gelegen, ideal für den Gast der Ruhe und Erholung sucht. Hier kann man in sauberer Landschaft abwechslungsreiche Wanderungen auf den gut ausgeschilderten Rosenwanderwegen unternehmen. Im Winter sind von hier aus verschiedene Skilifte in 30-40 Minuten erreichbar. Die Welt- und Kulturstädte Basel und Zürich liegen nur 50 bzw. 60 km entfernt. Bis zum Bodensee benötigen Sie eine gute Fahrstunde, ebenso nah liegt das französische Elsaß. Der schöne Schluchsee und Titisee sowie der höchste Berg des Schwarzwaldes, der Feldberg sind ca. 35 km entfernt. Bei Ihrer Anreise erhalten sie eine Konuskarte, mit dieser können sie kostenlos mit dem Bus und Bahn reisen.
