It’s a very easy drive from our property to the stadium. We’re right by the Turnpike, and the stadium has its own exit - we’re literally just one exit away. Bayfront Park in Downtown Miami will be the official World Cup Fan Festival location, where matches, concerts, and special events will take place, about an 18–25 minute drive in normal traffic. The Hard Rock Casino is only a few miles away, and Chase Stadium in Fort Lauderdale - where teams will be practicing - is also within convenient reach. One of the benefits of staying here is being close to everything while remaining outside the heavy traffic and congestion Miami is expected to experience. Just north, in Broward County, the environment is calmer, safer, and easier to navigate, which is exactly where we’re located.
