This exclusive holiday home is a villa built in 1900 was renovated in 2017 and tastefully fitted. The luxury chalet is located in a 3000 m² garden, with the 4-star suite hotel Villa Ludwig directly below Neuschwanstein Castle. The ground floor features a large living room with fireplace, spacious seating area, a library with reading corner with a direct view of Neuschwanstein Castle and Hohenschwangau and a large flat-screen satellite TV and is in the connection of the conservatory with unparalleled views and direct access to the garden. Adjoining the living room is a spacious dining room with a dining table and eight chairs. Next to it is the large and modernly equipped kitchen with garden access. Between the rooms is still a guest toilet and cloakroom. In the first Floor is the large Romantic double room with 30 square meters, with a four-poster bed, dressing table, satellite TV, large balcony with castle views and next to it a separate toilet and the modern "spa bathroom" with corner bath with castle views, large rain shower, double vanity 20 square meters floor area.
