The patio has a pool and jacuzzi, with shaded tables for dining outside, chaise lounge chairs, and a BBQ. Walk down to the lagoon and you can launch kayaks for a sunset paddle.
The kitchen is complete and roomy, with an island set with upholstered bar stools and new appliances. The living room has a large sofa and TV, with sliding glass doors affording access to the patio. The dining table also takes advantage of the views as well. There is one downstairs bedroom with its own bathroom, a hall bathroom, as well as a laundry room.
