Positive: The staff was absolutely fantastic! The staff at the front and the staff in the dining room were superb!

Negative: Waiting until we arrived to tell us the pool was down. I’m glad there was still a fitness room.

Summary: Loved the room. Bed and was comfy and room clean. Loved that it had the skywalk attached to the Lansing Convention Cente
