The house is surrounded by greenery, so that you are completely protected from view and can enjoy its peace and privacy. On the back terrace with beach chair and outdoor fireplace can be grilled to your heart's content. For outdoor activities, there is also a rowboat at the private boat dock at the lake and a kayak. There is also a football goal, a lawn volleyball court, a sandpit and plenty of space to romp around on the communal meadow.
