The gîte:
- A bedroom of 14m2, with a 160x200 bed (night tables and bedside tables, small desk and large closet with wardrobe). It has the place of an additional child's bed (from the baby cot to the 70x200 bed, provided free of charge if necessary). A French window gives, on the other side of the road, due west, on the trees of the cemetery, the village and the mountain.
- A 32m2 living room with:
- Kitchen area (window with electric shutter above the sink) equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, large catalysis oven, hood on electric induction hob and dishwasher.
- Dining area with large buffet, extending table and 6 chairs (a baby chair can be provided free of charge);
- Sitting area with 2 sofas forming two single beds, or convertible into double beds, a relaxing armchair, in front of a TV (TNTsat) with decoder and DVD or cassette player, a bus and some books of tourism or novels. Two saddles at the corners of the sofas and a living room table on carpet. A curtain allows to isolate the living room in case of sleeping, with two screens of 1.20m of additional separation.
- A bathroom: Italian shower, sink, drying radiator, washing machine, drying rack, (a drying machine accessible from the lessor).
- Separate toilets.
- A bay window of 3m gives living room on the terrace. (electric roller shutter)
- The south-facing terrace is equipped with an electric awning (4x3m), a table with extension (10 seats) and six outdoor chairs. Two sun loungers allow you to sunbathe. A barbecue is placed next to it in the adjoining garden with an access door.
- Electric heating is
sufficient in winter, the cottage is very well insulated.
- The decor is made of reproductions of the Tahitian works of BOULLAIRE, DALI and some sculpted rosewood from the Marquesas.
ALL household linen (table, bedding even as extra, toiletries, except towels for the pool) is provided at no extra charge and can be changed once a week. The cleaning is done by the customer, there is in the village possibility of finding a cleaning lady (15 € per hour). If the cleaning is not done at the start a package of two hours (30 €) will be request.
Food is not provided, except a minimum of reception to be renewed in the state at the start if it has been used (bread in the freezer, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, milk, coffee, tea, butter ).
An accessible, covered, discoverable indoor pool can be shared with the owners in their neighboring house (5 to 20m), negotiated hours.
A computer, connected to Ethernet is available in the cottage, there is no telephone, but a temporary connection is possible for an extended stay. The owners' telephone remains accessible if necessary.
