Be my next guest in my newly designed first floor apartment in a rural area near the Lüneburg Heath.
I am happy to offer this 52 square meter and newly designed apartment on the upper floor to my guests. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a carefree short trip or long stay.
Starting with the newly renovated bathroom with a modern design and large bathtub. The huge washbasin with a large illuminated mirror invites you to take a friendly look into your own likeness, which should increase your morning holiday mood by several degrees.
The living room is equipped in such a way that nothing stands in the way of relaxing and switching off after an exciting day with a comfortable sofa and a television. Fast WiFi is of course available.
A comfortable armchair with a reading lamp lets book fans immerse themselves in their novel. You can also read through on the bookshelf. Please put the books back again.
The balcony, accessible from the kitchen and living room, offers a view of the greenery. Morning coffee can be enjoyed perfectly with the beautiful seating.
Of course, an (electric) grill is available for hearty evenings.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and shelves.

I was fascinated by the idea of a kitcase kitchen (suitcase kitchen, independent of the water connection), which I saw for the first time when I visited the office of the Hamburg star architect Hadi Teherani. The special thing about it is that it can be moved independently from room to room because it does not require a fixed water connection.
In theory, you can occasionally convert another room. This is where it currently has its permanent location. With a sink and a two-burner ceramic hob, it offers ample opportunities for amateur cooks to simmer a warm meal.
There is also an additional hotplate, microwave and mini oven. The small disadvantage of independence is that the water for the kitchen has to be filled in canisters and the service water has to be disposed of.
In the kitchen there is also a dining table with a corner bench and 3 chairs.
The good connection to train and bus, the proximity to the big city (40 minutes by car, 60 minutes by train to Hamburg), and at the same time the wonderful natural landscape of Lüneburg Heath, which begins practically a few minutes from the house, invite you to or a long vacation. The apartment can also be used as a home office thanks to a good internet connection with WiFi and telephone.
