On the ground floor of the house is a generous tiled living room (satellite TV, stereo with CD, DVD player, flat screen) with dining area and high chair in the bay window and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, stove with oven, fridge freezer, coffee maker, Toaster, egg cooker etc.) and a guest toilet. Upstairs is the bedroom with double bed and a cot, a second bedroom with two separate beds and a seating area in the bay window with satellite TV and radio / CD player and the bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house has patio furniture for 4 people and a barbecue. The house is sun-flooded all-day and rented all year round.
