Summary: Staff at the front were nice. The view from the room was also awesome. I should have looked more closely when booking, since the room didn’t have a microwave or fridge… but it did have about 36 different ways to open the blinds and change the room color. I would’ve preferred the basic amenities a hotel should have. Our entire bathroom floor flooded during our two-night stay. We told the front desk, and they kind of laughed it off and just handed us some towels. The bathroom flooded again since it’s an accessible shower. Overall, it was a pretty “meh” experience. I was supposed to be contacted by a manager but never was, and my refund request was refused. I came to a hotel to sleep and shower, and one couldn’t be done properly. I’m not usually one to complain, but I hate paying premium prices for the bare minimum..if that.
