Summary: The hotel did not feel clean. There was not enough staff. No blow dryer in the room. My room key stopped working 3 different time and I had to wait for someone to appear at the front desk every time. More than one ice machine was out and the pool was closed. Rooms had almost no sound proofing and I could hear everything in every room.
