-This updated property features 3 cozy bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed and seating area. The ensuite has a walk in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a 40 inch smart TV. The 2nd full bath has a tub shower combo. Port-a crib available if needed.
-In the Living room there is a 70 inch smart TV. You will have WiFi available both inside and outside.
-Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. Fully stocked with a wide variety of pots, pans, dishes and cutlery, toaster and coffee makers.
-Dining area seats up to 10.
-Washer and Dryer available off the kitchen area.
Outdoor Living:
-The in-ground kidney shaped pool is up to 5' 5" deep and unheated. There is a list of pool rules available in the Check-in Guide that is located on the Kitchen counter when you arrive. They are also posted in the pool area. Relax in the peaceful atmosphere of the enclosed patio and adjoining pool area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
-Plenty of parking available in the double wide driveway along with a basketball hoop for more outdoor enjoyment.
Extra Notes:
-We will have some supplies for you upon your arrival. Examples are toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap and laundry soap pods. These however are not unlimited. You are welcome to bring your own or purchase more as needed.
-No Pets
-No smoking in the house. Cigars or pipe smoking are permitted in the patio or outside.
-We have a pool service weekly.
-We do spray for pest control however dont be surprised to find the occasional Florida critter especially our little gecko and lizard friends.
