Nicely renovated holiday home on a well-kept garden plot in a quiet location in a small community above the lively port and seaside resort of Granville. The cozy living-dining room has wide sliding doors leading onto two pleasant south and south-west facing patio areas, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing and uncomplicated al fresco dining. On the 2 available bicycles you can explore the surrounding coastal area. The two car parking spaces on our own property are particularly practical, so the car can also go on vacation. The Donville-les-Bains beach is one of the most pleasant in the region. The family beach is monitored in summer and, with its Pavillon Bleu label, invites you to go swimming or fishing. Granville, also called Monaco of the North, is only 4 km away. Nice boutiques, good restaurants and a wide range of leisure activities lure you here. The world-famous Mont St. Michel and the landing beaches on the other side of the Cotentin are attractive destinations.
