This beautifully maintained, three-bedroom cottage right by the shores of Lake Erie has three adorable bedrooms, a large, new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a wood-burning fireplace, sunny family room, and a fully fenced backyard with grill, patio, and firepit. It's the perfect summer vacation rental and would be a lovely place to spend an autumn weekend or take a snowy weekend retreat.
The house is located about 300 yards from lake access, and all street residents have access to the lake directly in front of the boathouse. The beaches above the shoreline on either side of the boathouse and cement area are privately owned. Because it is a private road, we ask that guests respect the neighborhood by following the 5 mph speed limit and generally behaving quietly and discreetly. Please do not park at the water, it is a short stroll down to the lake with your belongings.
