Charming renovated apartment located in the pedestrian area of Montorgueil, famous for its local parisian life. Very central, it is only at 10 min walk from Le Louvre museum, the Seine river Notre-Dame cathedral, the Marais, the Opera, and all the main touristic places of Paris.
In recent years Montorgueil has become one of the most animated and stylish districts of the capital. A true parisian area where locals like to spend time. It is famous for its pleasant pedestrian main street full of nice terrasses, cafés, restaurants and local food shops (bakeries, pastries, wine, cheese, flowers, vegetables...). You will also find art galleries, designer stores, and famous brands around.
Luminous, calm (on courtyard side) and secure, the apartment is fully equipped for your comfort after long days of visit or shopping ! It is located on the ground floor of a calm courtyard, and was totally refurbished and equipped with comfortable furniture (high quality thick mattresses including for the new 2023 sofa bed, rain showers, fast optical fiber WIFI, and everything needed to cook). Please note there are 2 bathrooms (each one including a large shower, a sink, a hairdryer, a towels heating rack...), but only 1 toilet. The master bedroom is in the basement accessible through little stairs (please be aware before booking with very young children that the stairs are not protected), and typical of historical parisian buildings with its vaulted roof and stone wall. This large bedroom has a queen size bed, a workplace, and several wardrobes. The little patio with plants in the common courtyard is perfect for smokers (as smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment).
The apartment is located at 2 min walk from a 3 floor supermarket, 5 min walk from the huge mall "Les Halles", and 20 min walk from the Galeries Lafayettes mall. The nearest metro is at 2 min walk (Reaumur-Sebastopol on line 3+4). "Les Halles" is also the main train/subway station of Paris, crossroads of metro lines 1+4+7+11+14+rerA+rerB (direct to CDG or ORLY airports, the Versailles castle, Disneyland Paris etc...). Gare du Nord train station is at less than 10 min with direct metro line 4 (connects to Thalys, Eurostar etc...).
Parties are strictly forbidden, as well as excessive noise particularly between 10 PM and 8 AM. Smoking is not authorised inside the apartment (but possible in the common courtyard in front of the apartment). Pets are not accepted.
Together with my check-in agent, we will come and welcome you directly to the property. We will do our best to anticipate the check in time, whenever the apartment is available. Please note that from 8 PM to 00 AM, a self check-in with secured keybox (located at the property / easy process) is likely to take place.
