Summary: Communication with the host was literally non-existant. The only reason we finally received a year old paste with the door codes was by contacting VRBO support on 2 different occassions. Automated Host response came 2 hours after checkin time and was the same year old paste. No personal communication whatsoever.. Ants in the upstairs bathroom were making themselves at home. NEST thermostat would backset to 90 degree heat in the middle if the night even after setting on cool. This home needs work and a responsive host..
