The kitchen and dining area are just beyond, offering everything you need to cook and enjoy meals together, including brand-new appliances, an island with bar seating, and a dining table set before sliding glass doors that frame the water.
The home includes three comfortable bedrooms on the main floor: a private primary suite with a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bath; a second queen bedroom; and a third with a twin-over-double bunk. There's also a second full bath with a tub and shower. Upstairs, a spacious recreation room offers extra space to relax and play, complete with another TV, ping-pong and foosball tables, and a sleeper sofa for additional guests.
