Travel Purpose: business

Positive: It's a quite nice apartment, pretty clean and warm enough. Suitable for 2-3 persons, because one bed is single, another one is double, 2 separate bedrooms, one WC and kitchen studio. It has cosy small terrace in front entrance, I suggest guests will appreciate it within the summer time.

Negative: Before reached the apartment, something totally unexpected could happen with guests. I trully hope it was only our own bad luck, because the owner totally missed up the bookings and told me through the phone call that I didn't book it all ( when I already paid it fully in advance) and we couldn't stay there. Such situation created a lot of tension for us, for sure. I don't blame the owners, they are trully kind and attentive people, we met them later, after the reaching apartment finally, but I just want them to be more aware of all bookings in future and don't create such situations anymore.
