The studio has 1 king size bed or 2 full size beds, with a kitchenette (with apliances, dishes and utensils) and a very enjoyable terrace to spend the afternoon or dinne al fresco. There is a beautiful heated pool half sunny and half under the trees, with a terrace to enjoy the day, and a cenote with a deck in the middle of them. The villa 45 meters away from the white sand beach.
You can walk to town, "Paseo del Carmen" and the 5th Av are ten minutes away walking, there you will find lovely shops and great restaurants.
The villa is a very quiet gated community with security 24/7, with tennis courts and "Xaman Ha" aviary. Playacar pase 1 is an exceptional place with ORIGINAL 1000 YEARS OLD mayan remains.
