Arizona Room leads to a large backyard with several citrus trees for picking. There is also a barbecue grill for your cooking pleasure. Home is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need for a short-term visit or long-term stay. All utilities are paid by owner which includes TV and free WI-FI. Within 6 miles there are 7 community golf courses, 7 recreational centers, bike/walking trails, Arrowhead Mall, Challenger Space Center, West Valley Art Museum, Wildlife World Zoo, and numerous grocery and shopping areas. And for the avid sports enthusiast you can enjoy the Arizona Cardinals (NFL) and Coyotes (NHL) and several spring baseball training camps including the Kansas City Royals, Texas Rangers, San Diego Padres, Seattle Mariners, Chicago White Sox, and the Los Angeles Dodgers to name a few.
