We ask our tenants to leave the house in the same condition as they found it when they arrived (clean kitchen and bathroom, refrigerator and cupboards emptied, no visible dirt, trash removed, etc.) If the house is left dirty, the tenant will have a deduction from the deposit for the additional time spent cleaning the house, at a rate of €35/hour.
The tenant will be informed without delay by message via the platforms, SMS or e-mail, with photo(s) or video(s). For tenants who do not want to think about cleaning before their departure, we also offer a “complete cleaning” package.
