The Ferienhof Homann is located in Neuhaus-Schierschnitz, in the southern tip of Thuringia between the Franconian Forest in the north and the Main Valley in the south. The place is located in a side valley of the Föritz. West of Neuhaus-Schierschnitz rises the 406 meter high Schottenberg, east is the 465 meter high Wirtemberg, on the runs the Thuringian-Bavarian border. Neuhaus is on the east side of the valley, Schierschnitz on the west side. The farm was built around 1820 and lovingly restored from 2010 to 2015. The living area is approximately 540 m² which are divided as follows:
