Positive: Spacious, Four rooms inclusive bathroom.Good kitchen even a tea pot.Access to washing machines in cellar is great even hanging space and drier. Also car charging is great facility provided. Good access to public transport, easy 600 meter walk to Hauptbahnhof and all bus routes from theirs plus trains available.

Negative: Please provide information on how to access washing machines in cellar at first talk/introduction to guests.Access via downstairs kitchen for example. No negative point just a little more information would be great.
