The master suite is large and comfortable with its king bed, walk in closet and large bathroom. The second bedroom is also very comfortable, with a bath across the hall. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a small office down the hall. This home has a screened in porch, and outside sitting areas for morning and afternoon light. It is a perfect get away from the winter weather. Close to walking trails, golf, the property is part of the GV Recreation program which allows for access to pools, gyms, pickle ball, tennis, pottery studio, metalsmith, woodworking, concerts and many other classes. This home is in a gated community and has a view of the Santa Rita Mountains from the back patio where you can watch the mountains turn pink every afternoon.
