Casa de Naranja is a tastefully remodeled 2,750 square foot home with four bedrooms: (1) King bed; (2) Full bed; (3) Full bed; (4) 2 Twin beds. The sixth bed is a pull out Queen in the recreation room. Extra pillows, comforter, and linens are in the hallway closets. Please see the floor plan in the photos for layout.
The house has a wonderful backyard with a direct view into Mt. Lemmon. You will enjoy the outdoor dining, private heated pool, private basketball court, and natural gas 5 burner grill. There is a cozy Ramada with fire table to enjoy the view of the mountains in the shade.
Property has exceptional high speed internet with wifi pod to extend throughout the entire home and into the backyard.
There are TVs in the master bedroom (55"), recreation room (55"), bedroom 1 (43"), bedroom 2 (43"). The TV in the recreation room has cable TV and Roku streaming. The other TVs are Roku streaming only.
Pool heat fee:
The pool can be heated at an additional charge of $40/day or $250/week to cover natural gas costs. Please request pool heat no later than 2 days prior to checkin with the host.
Board games are located in the recreation room along with a foosball table.
