The apartment is located in an old building facing this famous esplanade, Le Cours Saint Pierre. Its assets are numerous : the charm of its stone walls, an atypical layout conducive to conviviality, its pretty private courtyard in a quiet area for summer evenings. With a total surface area of 89 m², on the ground floor, it is arranged as follows: The first door opens onto a private courtyard decorated with a few plants and equipped with garden furniture.
