Sunswept Vista is located on the public side of Lake Anna with sunset views all year long! This stunning 3 level Craftsman style waterfront home resides on the best part of Lake Anna.
Enjoy the exquisite views from open floor plan on the main level or on the covered deck, specifically designed to maximize the view. Relax in the spacious Great Room on the main floor with lots of seating. The gourmet kitchen easily accommodates large groups with ample space for multiple cooks in the kitchen. Other highlights include butler pantry with drink fridge, 2 refrigerators/freezers, 2 dishwashers, 6 burner gas stove. There is a breakfast bar for added seating as well as a dining room with a panoramic view. Sleeps 19 with 7 bedrooms, 3 bedroom suites with their own En suite bathroom, 2 bedrooms with Jack & Jill style shared bathroom, and 2 additional bedroom without an attached bath. There are 6 full bathrooms in total.
The lower-level Game Room features a full kitchen, pool table, Smart TV, DVD, and Sonos Wi-Fi speaker system, foosball, and game table, shuffleboard, Multicade arcade game, retro pinball machine, lots of movies, games and puzzles. Gas grill and covered patio. For your outdoor enjoyment we have a private beach (natural sand in the water and gentle slope), boat dock with huge sun deck and room for boat tie up, Adirondack chairs, fire pit, outdoor ping pong table, many yard games like corn hole, Bocce Ball. Two kayaks, two paddle boards and paddle boat for you to use and enjoy the water.
We use keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
