The First floor has a Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed/TV. Adjoining bathroom that features a walk in shower, elevated toilet, and WIFI exhaust system. This room is convenient for those who prefer not to use stairs.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators and a washer and dryer just off of the kitchen.
Private parking includes 3 off street parking spots. An outdoor shower makes it easy to remove sand conveniently and swiftly before entering the home. Built in Park Like Grill and Barrel Grill to accommodate your grilling.
The second floor boasts a Master Suite with a King Bed/TV and own bath. Room 3 includes a California Bunk Bed (single on the top/full in the middle AND trundle). Hall bath #1. Room 4 has 2 double beds/TV and Views of the Ocean. Room 5 has a Double Bunk Bed on Top and Bottom. Both rooms share the hall bath #2.
Third floor features a Master Suite with a King Bed/TV huge walk in closet double bowl sink with a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Slider to the deck.
Third floor incorporates a wet bar with a small fridge, Keurig, microwave and seating for cocktails. Relax on the top floor deck featuring a gazebo for shade or lounge chairs to soak in the sun and read a good book while viewing the ocean a short distance away.
Guests ARE required to provide their own towels, linens, paper products and soaps. Trash bags, sink and dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent/dryer sheets will be provided. Please contact the owner for a list of Rental Companies that can supply conveniences for your stay.
