Three-room-apartment in very calm but also central location of Kiel zentraler Lage. Good public transportation. Kiel bay. university hospital, university and the inner city of Kiel are all within 5-15 Minuten walking distance. Due to is good location Kiel and its surroundings can be explored easily by walking, cycling, or using public transportation. A car is not needed. Therefore our apartment is ideal not only for business related stays in Kiel but also as holiday flat. Breakfast and other meals can be prepared in the apartment. However for your convenience also various bakeries and restaurants are within 5 minutes walking distance.
Our three-room apartment It is a non-smokers apartment. Pets not allowed. The apartment has a separate ground floor entrance and is situated above the "Kleinen Kiel"(a Little Lake) between downtown and the University Hospital. It consists of two bedrooms, a small kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and toilet and a hallway.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed 160cm x 200cm. The second bedroom has two separate beds, i.e. one bed with 120cm x 200cm and one bed with 100cm x 200 cm. The kitchen has a small kitchen with ceramic hob and a small 3-star refrigerator. The living area is equipped with parquet flooring, bathroom tiles. Before the entrance there is a terrace facing due east.

Parking at our home is possible for loading at arrival and departure. Free parking available on arrangement. There is a charging station for e-cars available (cost price).

The apartment has limited accessibility, i.e. there are no steps. The bathroom door is however too narrow for a wheelchair and the shower is not at ground level (see pictures).
During the Corona crisis, the 2G rule applies as of 12/15-21.
The price for 1-2 persons is based on the use of one sleeping room only (double bed or two single beds). In case the second sleeping room will be used a surcharge of 10,- Euro per night will be added.
