Our neighborhood in Scottsdale is known for its quiet, family-friendly atmosphere, and has easy access to both the vibrant amenities of Old Town Scottsdale and peaceful residential living. It's an area where you’ll find well-maintained homes, often with spacious yards, and proximity to local parks, hiking trails, and golf courses. This neighborhood balances a laid-back, suburban feel with convenient access to upscale dining, shopping, and cultural spots in Scottsdale, making it popular among families and professionals alike.
Getting Around:
We would recommend renting a car so you can explore all of the great restaurants, golfing, hiking, etc. in the area! Otherwise Uber's are always available as well.
Other Things to Note:
Our professional Pool maintenance team, Native Springs Pool Services usually comes twice a week- Monday and Thursday 9 AM the earliest (weather pending)
Lawn care: Our professional landscaping team, usually comes by once a month- 2nd/3rd week at 9 AM the earliest (weather pending) to cut the lawn for us.
We use Can Runner service to take care of bringing the trash out a day before the collection schedule- (every Wednesday) and returns same day to bring the bins back in.
