- Our home boasts vaulted ceilings, custom designed by Canadian architect thought of everything: an open concept living area, and quality finishes, 2 King size beds that exude simple luxury. The master bedroom has AC (not the other rooms).
- Ideal for families, the private yard is perfect for lounging while the indoor dining area backs onto the yard lounge area for a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor living. You could enjoy a large pool with a whirltub for extra luxury.
- Walkable to everything, only a few minutes away from the beach and the 14 min walk to the newly redesigned Malecon with plenty shops and restaurants to choose from.
- Property has 4 security cameras, located outside of the house (by the front gate, by sitting area, in garden area outside of master bedroom – facing the garden, and by 2nd house entrance on the side of the house). All are installed in a visible manner and are only for security purposes. The cameras remain turned on at all times.
