Ideally located at the tip of the Médoc, between the Gironde estuary and the ocean, the Les Alcyons residence welcomes you in the natural setting of Verdon sur Mer. A destination rich in varied landscapes: marshes, forests, beaches, dunes... Come and discover this corner of paradise by bike or on a walk thanks to its cycle paths or hiking trails.

For lovers of cultural heritage, this region is known for its lighthouses, including the famous Cordouan lighthouse, its squares and its vineyards. A wine tour is possible from the residence. The Les Alcyons residence is located a few meters from the shops, 400 m from the village center, 800 meters from the Estuaire beach and 2.5 km from the ocean. You will find everything you need for your stay: laundromat, newspapers, butcher / caterer, pharmacy, restaurants, pizzeria and wine merchant.
The residence is made up of several one-story buildings around a large heated outdoor swimming pool and its paddling pool. It has 3 types of apartments: the studio / cabin for 4 people, the 2-room apartment for 6 people and the 3-room apartment for 8 people.

All our apartments are fully equipped with a kitchenette including an electric hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and crockery, a living area with a double sofa bed type BZ, a bathroom. bathroom with bathtub, separate WC (except in the studios). TV and wifi access are free. Each apartment has an open balcony or terrace with garden furniture.
Some apartments are designed for people with reduced mobility and are equipped with a shower instead of a bath.

End of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area and dishes): Fixed price 70 €
On your departure we will carry out a control of the apartment and, either we will return the deposit paid on entry to the premises, or we will retain the sum corresponding to the missing or damaged elements of the amount of the deposit. If the cleanliness of the apartment is not irreproachable, we will retain the amount of a cleaning fee.
The security deposit will be returned no later than 3 weeks after the inventory of fixtures.Only 1 dog is accepted at this accommodation, with no exceptions.
