** Parties / meetings / gatherings are prohibited in the building at all times !!
1. Sunday through Thursday, music and noise should be within a tolerable level of noise and music after 10pm.
2. On Fridays and Saturdays, music and noise must be within a tolerable level after 12am.
3. Christmas, New Years Eve and Independence Day, music and noise should be tolerable and moderate after 1am.
4. Anyone who does not follow the rules will be penalized as follows:
-1st notice: an attention call is made
-2nd notice: proceeds to a power outage in the apartment
-3rd notice: the guest will be asked to leave the building and a fine of $ 1,000.00mxn will be charged.
5. Items that are broken, damaged, missing, or excessively cluttered in the apartment will be charged.
6. The number of guests per apartment cannot be exceeded
7. Smoking is prohibited in any area of the building. Smoking is permitted in private terraces or Rooftop.
8. Rooftop hours 10am to 10pm
9. Lost or damaged Magnetic Card has a cost of $ 500.00mxn. by the building management.
10. Garbage must be placed in the containers located on the ground floor next to the exit door.
