## Space Beautiful apartment in the heart of the old town of Annecy. It is composed of a spacious and open living room, a comfortable bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. From the window you can admire the streets of Annecy and its canals that cross the city through the streets. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator, you will be charmed by the period building and the old quarters of the little Venice.. ## Access On your arrival, you will be greeted by a Jeffrey Host concierge, who will ensure the smooth running of your stay (professional cleaning, hotel-quality sheets and towels provided, key collection). Arrivals or departures between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. will be accompanied by a cash supplement to be paid directly to the concierge who will welcome you. ## Interaction If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via courier. Jeffrey host allows himself to verify your profile and informs you that a deposit will be collected before arrival and refunded between 8 and 14 days after departure by credit card. ## Neighborhood The apartment is located rue du Pont Morens in the heart of the historic center of Annecy, the ‘Venice of the Alps!’ The neighbourhood is very lively with local shops and other shops, restaurants and wine bars. The food market is held 3 times a week at walking distance and for the lucky ones, you can enjoy the flea market the last Saturday of the month! The lake is at the corner of the street as well as the city center and the castle just above the place are just 5 minutes walking away. ## Transit Annecy Bus Train station 700 meters. Boat (lake) at 400 meters. Geneva International Airport 45 kms.
